
SUMMER CONDITIONING/SKILLS TRAINING 2025
5 weeks of training sessions
Summer Session
Ages 6-18
It all begins with the basic fundamental skills. Dribbling. Passing. Shooting.
And conditioning.
Here at SWEAT Basketball, we focus on establishing the building blocks to create a strong foundation for basketball players. This includes the mental aspect of the game, along with the physical endurance to play. We strive to move kids from the processing-phase to reaction-phase.
We enjoy training ages 6-18. This training focuses on ages 6-18. Over 5 weeks, players will attend (2) in-person, 75 -minute sessions per week.

Kids will be broken down into smaller groups to help with more attention to details.
Beginners- Gym 1
Under 3 years of experience or play.
Intermediate- Gym 2
4 years of experience or play.

Skills/Conditioning 2025 Dates:
May 19th and 20th
May 27th and 28th
June 2nd and 3rd
June 9th and 10th
June 16th and 17th
No experience required. Just the passion and the will to give it your all, every time you step on the court. Please register below!
