SUMMER CONDITIONING/SKILLS TRAINING 2026

7 weeks of training sessions

Summer Session

Ages 6-18

It all begins with the basic fundamental skills. Dribbling. Passing. Shooting.

And conditioning.‍ ‍

Here at SWEAT Basketball, we focus on establishing the building blocks to create a strong foundation for basketball players. This includes the mental aspect of the game, along with the physical endurance to play. We strive to move kids from the processing-phase to reaction-phase.

This training focuses on ages 6-18. Over 7 weeks, players will attend (2) in-person, 60-minute sessions per week.

Boys/Girls ages 6-18 6pm-7pm

NOTE: Kids will be broken down into smaller groups to help with more attention to details.

Dates: June 8th- July 22nd

Days: Monday & Wednesday

No experience required. Just the passion and the will to give it your all, every time you step on the court. Please register below!

Training will consist of the following skills:

1. Conditioning

a. Hill running

b. Sprints

2. Skills (dribbling, passing, and shooting

3. Footwork

a. Cone work

b. Plyometrics
